and Canada:

receive authorization directly from the credit card financial institution on

Paying by Purchase Order: Please contact
us if you would like to use a purchase order. If you are a new customer
to us, we would be happy to work with you to set up an account. Processes for
authorization of purchase order accounts vary country to country.
Exchanges and returns must be requested within 45 days of invoice date. To request a return you must call PGI, Inc. and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Credit will not be issued without an RA number. A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns. Products must be returned in as-new, resaleable condition based solely on the evaluation of PGI, Inc. You are responsible for the condition of the products until they reach PGI, Inc. Therefore, it is recommended that you use a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the full cost of the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please report defective products immediately so we can facilitate a prompt exchange. Defective products will be exchanged with no additional shipping charges.
All claims for shipping damage or shortages must be reported either directly to the shipping carrier or to PGI, Inc. within 10 days, or shall be deemed waived.
To request an RA number, contact our customer service department by phone.
Our orders are fulfilled up to one
business day after being placed.

Remember that you need to add a day if a U.S. Holiday occurs anytime from the day you place the order through the day your order is to be shipped. For example, if you order over the weekend, and the upcoming Monday is a U.S. Holiday, your order will not ship until Wednesday.
