Return Policy

Exchanges and returns must be requested within 45 days of invoice date. To request a return you must call PGI, Inc. and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Credit will not be issued without an RA number. A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns. Products must be returned in as-new, resaleable condition based solely on the evaluation of PGI, Inc. You are responsible for the condition of the products until they reach PGI, Inc. Therefore, it is recommended that you use a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the full cost of the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.Please report defective products immediately so we can facilitate a prompt exchange. Defective products will be exchanged with no additional shipping charges.All claims for shipping damage or shortages must be reported either directly to the shipping carrier or to PGI, Inc. within 10 days, or shall be deemed waived. To request an RA number, contact our customer service department by phone.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to orders from residents of Washington state only. As of 7/1/08 we are required to collect tax based on the tax rate at the destination of the shipment, rather than the origin. Therefore, your final taxes will be calculated manually by our Customer Service Representatives and added to your invoice before shipment. Please note, your shopping cart will tally sales tax at 8.6%, which is the local rate at our corporate offices, but this total will be manually adjusted after you place your order, to reflect the rate at the destination of your order.
